Himachal Pradesh Vidhwa Pension Yojana
Himachal government provides pensions to those widowed women of the state. Those who have no source of income. And she comes from a poor family. The government has launched a widow pension scheme for women between the ages of 18 and 79 years. To avail of this scheme, the annual income of the applicant should not exceed 35000. This pension is also disbursed under the Social Security Scheme.

Eligibility for Himachal Widow Pension Scheme:-
- Applicants should be women of Himachal Pradesh.
- The applicant should be of 18 years or above.
- The annual income of the applicant should be less than Rs 35000.
Objectives of Widow Pension:-
After the death of the husband, women will not depend on anyone as through this, there will be some source of income. Women above 70 years will get 1300 per month.
